We feature 32 luxury boutique apartments in LoHi, Denver’s Lower Highland Neighborhood. We are just minutes from Downtown Denver and within walking distance of the hottest restaurants, night life, shopping, parks, and transportation hubs. We offer studios, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, with all of our third floor apartments featuring lofts. Our community features an underground parking garage, secure access, and incredible views of the mountains and Downtown Denver. On the first floor we also feature Mythology, a chic whisky distillery, and Chicken Rebel, a handcrafted chicken sandwich restaurant.
